Dear Sirs: My Beloved Mary and I rate your company service on our dysfunctional garage door today in Bloomfield, CT a score of 5 stars out of 5 stars. Your technical representative, Paul Haney, is an outstanding representative of your company and impressed us most with his professionalism, knowledge and recognition of the uniqueness of our antiquated 36 year old garage door belt system. Although we had inadvertently tripped the reset button, Mr. Haney lubricated and tweaked our motor apparatus and advised that we were near the end of its useful life. We appreciated his professionalism, his candor and his willingness to explain exactly what our options were. He practically gave us a tutorial as he educated us about the pros and cons of the system we presently have. When our apparatus eventually fails, we will be inclined to call Mr. Haney again for replacement service. Very truly yours, Joseph F. Patterson

I'm sorry I cannot recall exactly the names of the guy who came but they were both very good. The first guy (Ron?) came to do a repair and explained carefully why it would not be a good idea due to the way the first openers/doors had been installed. He was not pushy about new doors but after we finished, I decided it would be best as the doors were 35 yrs old. The second guy (Ray)who installed the doors was equally professional and worked very hard, all day and by himself to put in new doors and openers. When we asked him why he did not have an assistant he said because nobody else is a picky as he is and he liked to work alone for that reason. The doors are great. Thanks!! Service was prompt and courteous. Unfortunately, for me, what I thought was a garage door opener issue was simply a bag blocking the security beam towards the bottom of the door which kept it from operating. Cost me 99 dollars, but I learned a valuable lesson-check the obvious before you call.
